Interview
Als erstes gab es ein Web-Interview via Hirevue. Dort wurden Fragen auf Englisch und Deutsch gestellt, die auf Motivation und Verhalten abgezielt haben. Bei erfolgreichem Abschluss des Interviews wird man für 3 x 30 minütige Interviews mit Amazonians eingeladen. Diese sind ebenfalls teilweise auf Deutsch und Englisch und zielen ebenfalls auf Verhalten ab. Ganz wichtig sind hier die Leadership Principles. Darauf wird man aber direkt in der ersten E-Mail aufmerksam gemacht.

Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
