Il processo prevede un assessment test, a valutazione quasi immediata, pochi giorni lavorativi, un colloquio telefonico con un HR che, se superato (l'esito è fornito entro 2 giorni lavorativi), conduce alla seconda fase. Nella seconda fase si deve sostenere un test SHL online e un round di 3 colloqui in sequenza di 30 minuti l'uno. L'esito della fine della selezione è comunicato entro 5 giorni lavorativi.

Was contacted much later about my application. First had a intro zoom presentation session where the role was explained, then a one on one with 2 interviewers. It was honestly not that bad. Prepared by knowing the Leadership Principles.
