Putting candidates through 3 different interviews with "managers" that have no technical knowledge is a red flag in my book, especially when all they want to know is if you have "the right kind of mindset" i.e. if you're good enough at bullshitting the "amazon leading values". On the other side, I had a very pleasant experience with the two other technical interviews.
