They ask ypu a scenario based question and they asked 3 questions that must show the Amazon principles. At the end, they asked which were the Amazon principles for each of the three questions.

Your an area manager and a person under another area manager arrives late. How do you respond?
Was contacted much later about my application. First had a intro zoom presentation session where the role was explained, then a one on one with 2 interviewers. It was honestly not that bad. Prepared by knowing the Leadership Principles.

Give me an example of a calculated risk that you have taken where speed was critical. What was the situation and how did you handle it? What steps did you take to mitigate the risk? What was the outcome? Knowing what you know now, would you have done anything differently?
