I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Sunnyvale, CA) in Aug 2021
Interview
Cattle call version of interviewing. The company clearly has metrics around how many people are interviewed and not selected. Made it to final on-site round only to be black-balled by someone who had no interest in my candidacy even before I started speaking. She was just there to fill-in a form. Wasted everyone's time. Their concept of "bar raising" drives the wrong behaviors.
