I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Amazon (London, England) in May 2021
Interview
The entire process took 4 months consisting of 8 hours of interviews and case studies. For a junior role this seemed excessive. The communication from the HR and recruitment team was poor. I received no feedback on the final round after chasing multiple members of staff on a weekly basis. I was additionally asked to book entire days off of work to interview, only for two rounds to be cancelled the day before and rescheduled 3 weeks later! Not to mention all 7 people I interviewed with were men interestingly. Overall, the experience was appalling.
This is not a company I would ever choose to work for now having gone through this interview process. It's clear you're a number to them, not a person.

Question 1
All surrounding the principles - was asked the same questions on numerous occasions and given the same case study twice
Mi sono trovata bene, nulla di complesso. Hanno fatto domande conoscitive molto generiche e mi hanno chiesto come avrei affrontato un business case, ma senza particolari difficoltà. Nel complesso direi abbastanza facile.
The process was straightforward but very structured. I applied online and was invited for a virtual assessment. After passing that, I had a one-on-one video interview with a hiring manager. They focused heavily on the Amazon Leadership Principles, specifically asking for examples of how I handled difficult customers and prioritized tasks in a fast-paced retail environment. Even though I didn’t get an offer, the recruiters were professional and kept me updated throughout the stages.
Overall great experience. It was very tough, but I was able to get through it. I would make sure you prepare beforehand. I would do some research into the role itself as well as into Amazon.
