1) AWS Manager saw my linkedin, connected to recruiter.
2) Recruiter sent online assessment.
3) After pass, got phone call to schedule technical interview (3 weeks to study).
4) Passed interview and negotiated TC.

Question 1
Online Assessment composes of 2 leetcode medium, and a work simulation survey which judges your character and your technical background
Onsite Interview consisted of 4 parts, 1 hour each with a mix of ~2 behavioral questions and 1 technical question.
3 questions were leetcode medium (1 was a literal copy pasta), 1 was a system design question.
Behavioral questions will want to emphasize Amazon Leadership principles.

1. Recruiter call.
2. Online coding assessment with 2 problems and 90 minutes. There were some questions regarding behavioural at the end.
3. Full loop interview with 4 rounds about 1 hr each. 1 coding interview with 2 leetcode style questions, one hard one medium. 1 system design interview. 1 behaviour interview. 1 bar raiser interview that was a mix of coding and behavioural.

Não houve muita conversa, já fomos logo marcando a primeira etapa que era um code assessment. Nas trocas de email haviam vários guias e orientações sobre o que esperar.
Não me lembro exatamente se eram 2 ou 3 perguntas, e se o tempo era de 60 ou 90 minutos.
