There were a total of 3 rounds of 45 mins each and questions were all based on leadership principles. Each interview focused on asking questions on 2 leadership principles. Bar raiser was the only one who was asking more in depth questions about the story.

The initial exam was easy and then there is an interview with the team and then with HR. Overall not bad or difficult. The qualifier exam has a lot of aptitude questions

STAR method questions. Make sure to have a story for each LP to explain about your work history and how that relates to amazon. There will be most likley mutiple rounds so change the stories.
