Interview
Overall the complete interview process went really smooth. Special thanks to the recruiting team who kept on following up with me after each round to keep me posted about the next steps. The final virtual onsite interview was separated for two days instead of one 5 hour long session to get some break and prepare for the next day's line up. The hiring team took time to introduce themselves, what they do as a part of the team and the responsibilities of the job. Do prefer to answer your questions in STAR format, (YouTube if you are unaware of). The interview questions focused on your leadership traits and how knowledge aligned with your field of work.

2 rounds - 1 with hiring manager, second a panel interview of 6 hours. Both were a great learning opportunity, and most of the questions were related to the leader principles followed at Amazon. The team members were also interested in knowing what I had done in my previous job and wee very patient in listening to a the technical details. Overall a great experience and learning opportunity
