I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Seattle, WA) in Mar 2022
Interview
I was reached out to by an Amazon recruiter via Linkedin. They had said that my profile matched with a position he had and invited me to a call to go over the role. Reading the role description, it did not seem that interesting but the recruiter described the role to its fullest and provided in depth details about the day-to-day. My interest greatly increased. They then asked me to go over my resume and then they asked more in-depth questions regarding parts of my resume that related to the role.
After the call, I was then scheduled to have a call with the hiring manager. The call consisted of myself, the hiring manager, and another team member who is shadowing. This interview had me going through my resume again and an assortment of behavioral questions that are meant to gauge how your experience relates to the role.
I then was invited to the final round which is a Panel Interview. This is a full day with 5 hour long interviews with different team members, a bar raiser, and the skip level manager. All questions are behavioral but make sure you go over the Leadership Principles and make sure you give as many different story examples as possible.
Two days later, I was given an offer.

2 rounds - 1 with hiring manager, second a panel interview of 6 hours. Both were a great learning opportunity, and most of the questions were related to the leader principles followed at Amazon. The team members were also interested in knowing what I had done in my previous job and wee very patient in listening to a the technical details. Overall a great experience and learning opportunity
