Interview process was very structured and long. Overall I appreciated the structural transparency, though I felt as though the actual in-person interview portions were overly regimented. I didn't have much of a chance to converse with any interviewer due to the checklist being worked through. This made things like behavioral interview questions feel a little wooden and rehearsed. But interviews with management felt better, and they made some attempt at feedback at the end of the process, which I appreciated.

The coding question was very long and tries to replicate a real life scenario that happens while working for amazon, the amount of details is kind of what makes it difficult.

Got reached out after 1 month after completing the OA for In person interview. The whole process was smooth and everyone I met was professional and friendly. 4 rounds of interviews with a lunch break in between. 1 round is purely behavioral, other 3 is part behavioral part technical.

Applied online -> received OA after around 2 months -> final loop consist of 4 interviews after a month. Each interview was around 1 hour with a mix of leetcode style questions and behavioural questions
