Interview
The interview followed the standard process but was spit between two groups - one for product and one for program manager. 6 interviewers and a bar raiser.
The danger was, with a split loop, one group accepted and one declined. The communication between the two was horrid.

it is good experience. The interviewer are polite and respectful. They would ask many questions like "tell me a time when..." and might drill down a bit based on your responses.

Interview
Lots of "story telling" they don't care about what you would do. Only "tell me a time you...". They take their time to interview and encourage many many weeks between rounds. The people and interviewers were extremely robotic and don't make it so you want to work there. Their reputation doesn't help either.
