Interview
First round of interview was to check your English fluency, then grammar and comprehension related test and then audio listening and finally Hr round. Though their waiting time was long, the way they treated interviewers was good enough.

How would you manage a customer if they want a refund but according to your company rules, it's not possible without a proof? Let us know or explain us
Phone screen for about thirty minutes. Asked mostly behavioral questions and situational information. Described the role and gave details on the specifics of the job. Didn't get deep into the experience side but asked general questions about experience and qualifications
Everyone was very nice. It was a three step process but I only made it to the second one because I wasnt really prepared, they made A LOT of behavioral questions which I didnt expected to be honest.
