Receuiter scheduled call later for the program management position. When I was called as scheduled within a week surprisingly recruiter told me the original position has been cancelled and they are now hiring for a different position even without asking a single question or going through reference..
Do you want to work for a company which does not know what position is being filled? What may happen even after you are hired??
The process took a very long time and after 4 rounds of interviwes I got only an auto rejection email. The company check only the Leadership principles, and it looks like they don't have an interest in smth else. Anyway people were nice, the case study was interesting as well.

Did a test task and was called by HR almost immediately for the next round. But salary range (full packet with stock and benefits) and return to office policy did nit much my expectations
very standard. the interviewers had a set of questions to ask about the LPs so we can anticipate beforehand. But I think I got ghosted in the end. One of the interviewers told me about the 2 & 5 rule but its been more than 2 weeks since my last interview and still no response from anyone so idk what happened.
