Too gimmicky trying too hard to be different. Not salary compensation equivalent to other companies. Relying on name recognition rather than a good salary. Also, you don’t know the salary band until too late in the process. The process is long and often tedious to navigate. Again there is a a gimmick that are not needed at a higher professional beltway veterans.

If you have a difficult customer how would you handle?
Smooth, easy to understand, not long, organized, on time, cohesive questions, kind and relatable, on time, easy questions and quick. Asked relatable questions and open to questions. Professional but not too formal
The interview was difficult for me to understand and rescheduled twice. It took about 2 weeks to schedule an interview after waiting several weeks to hear back about my application
