I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Amazon (Arlington, WA) in Jan 2023
Interview
Interviewed with Amazon several times, including receiving a past offer so I am familiar with the process. Completed a by the book (their book) interview with a Senior Maintenance Manager lasting 45 minutes only to be emailed I was being passed on the following morning. This is the second time recently I have gone through this process to be passed on. The last time I went all 4 rounds. Not sure what their hiring criteria is, each time I felt that I interviewed well. I have to wonder if they're just through darts at a board.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Orlando, FL) in May 2020
Interview
The first two interviews were fast and to the point. During the last panel interview, the process was clear, very well scheduled but a bit exhausting. I felt prepared and was confident of every answer I provided. It has been the most difficult interview process I've had. Great lesson learned.
