This interview process is stringent, with designated communication protocols, interview prep sessions and took over a month to conclude. The requirements to express one's achievements with the term "I" not "we" sets the tone for immediate sense of ownership.

How exactly would you execute and account review and assessment?
Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.

Interview
The interview included two questions: Tell me about yourself and a one-minute JAM topic, assessing communication skills, confidence, clarity, overall presentation and basic speaking ability throughout the interview process effectively..
Great management, it was a walk in drive and the HR team was able to manage everything well. Enjoyed the process.
