Interview
Go to the website. If there are jobs available, pick the one you want, and apply. Once you apply, you will be taken to the next step, where you will complete a background check. After the background check you will have to wait for the background check to clear. Once it is cleared you will get the orientation date and information. Before going there you will have to take a picture for your badge and employee profile. No interview, just apply, pass background, and you have the job. You are pretty much hired on the spot.
No interview. Fill out an application, and at the end, select your start date. Show up to orientation. Be willing to work the shift you selected because they will not let you pick a different shift once you have selected one. You might not get any other opportunities other than what is available.
I was hired in 2018 there was no interview just a series of short tests online and then went in person for a drug test and onboarding. No interview. The drug test was a mouth swab but half the groups got urine tested
They asked about my availability, whether I was able to lift weights up to the required limit, and if I was comfortable with the work location. Can you do it safely.
