Primero es una prueba virtual, dura alrededor de 2 horas, son múltiples preguntas divididas en secciones, dónde ponen a prueba tu nivel de ingles y de atención al cliente. Al final de esa prueba es un cuestionario de preguntas de selección estilo "me identifico mucho/ no me identifico"

Phone screen for about thirty minutes. Asked mostly behavioral questions and situational information. Described the role and gave details on the specifics of the job. Didn't get deep into the experience side but asked general questions about experience and qualifications
Everyone was very nice. It was a three step process but I only made it to the second one because I wasnt really prepared, they made A LOT of behavioral questions which I didnt expected to be honest.
