The interview stated with introduction of each panel member including myself , then they jumped directly onto coding question which was based on sliding window a i did that correctly and then second ques was based on anagrams i was not able to optimize my code for this problem.

Had one virtual interview with an engineer. Prior to that, there was a online assessment with a leadership assessment (behavioral). Process was smooth. Heard back within reasonable time (1-2 weeks).
