45min, half spent on behavioral. They asked questions about 2 of the leadership principles, and for examples of me demonstrating the two. Other half spent on technical – around 5 questions on general coding/technology/coding languages, which was a bit hard. Finally, ended with a LC easy but they don't run your code

Compare two coding languages and talk about their similarities / differences
it was alright, i had two rounds, the 1st one was very structured (as per the website), but the second seems liek the imterviewer just asked a lot of random questions
first i has home assignment and then i got 2 zoom interviews in a row, in each interview was a leetcode question and behavereal questions.
each one took between 1 to 1.5 hours.
Very good but hard interview overall. Pay was great and so was the work life balance. Fully remote and great mentorship. Benefits were also good with 401k match and pto
