Good, quick, easy, very nice process, the questions are really easy you only need to read some stuff from a script they provide. You also need to lose the some audios from costumers, and take notes of important details as email addresses or dates
Phone screen for about thirty minutes. Asked mostly behavioral questions and situational information. Described the role and gave details on the specifics of the job. Didn't get deep into the experience side but asked general questions about experience and qualifications
Everyone was very nice. It was a three step process but I only made it to the second one because I wasnt really prepared, they made A LOT of behavioral questions which I didnt expected to be honest.
