It was one phone interview. They didn't really ask me any questions about my skills or personality. Mostly just seeing what my hours would be and if I'd be able to work well. I think they were desperate to hire new people because they were launching a new location, so the bar was low.
First 3 rounds are Aptitude and then we have one on one round with is also fairly easy and in that two simple questions and then nothing else asked my the interviewer
