Lengthy Interview process. Overall was coordinated and lots of prep work based on information provided. I interviewed with people that had no clue as to the job role. I guess they wanted to see if its would be a good fit. Was not impress with hiring manager. It didn't seem to be a good match.

O processo é super fluído e rápido. Inicia-se com um phone screen para entendimento de adequação cultural e requisitos básicos da role. Após isso passa para um loop com 4 ou 5 entrevistadores onde no geral se pedem cases ligados ao principios da Amazon. Após essa fase já existe um comitê decidindo pela offer ou não.
The process took a very long time and after 4 rounds of interviwes I got only an auto rejection email. The company check only the Leadership principles, and it looks like they don't have an interest in smth else. Anyway people were nice, the case study was interesting as well.

Did a test task and was called by HR almost immediately for the next round. But salary range (full packet with stock and benefits) and return to office policy did nit much my expectations
