Il processo di selezione è composto da più interviste con persone che occupano ruoli diversi. Ogni intervista inizia con una presentazione iniziale dell'intervistatore e dell'intervistato. Successivamente ci sono almeno due domande su leadership pronciple.

Come ho affrontato una situazione in cui non ero d'accordo con una decisione presa dal mio capo.
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
