Had to do an online assessment and then they reaxhed out for an interview (3 months later). Met with three interviewers, each focused on their own leadership principle. Relate the specific principle to your experience whether it is school or work related,

• Did the work require learning a new skill or area of expertise?
• What specific tasks did you perform to ensure success?
• How did you go about building expertise to meet your goal?
• What was the outcome?
Was contacted much later about my application. First had a intro zoom presentation session where the role was explained, then a one on one with 2 interviewers. It was honestly not that bad. Prepared by knowing the Leadership Principles.
