Screening round with the hiring manager followed by interview loop with 4-5 including your HM + relevant stakeholders on other teams. Interview follows a behavioral format and is based around the LPs. Questions follow format of "tell me about a time when xyz"

6 back-to-back interviews - loop round.
Mix of HM, peers, and cross-functional team members. The interview process relies heavily on their leadership principles, with 1-2 curveball questions. The answers should preferably quantify your problem, measurable outcome and what you may have learnt out of it.
