Amazon Lab126 Commodity Manager interview questions

Interview process consisted of 1 phone interview with HR, 1 phone interview with hiring manager, both half hour long. Phone interview was a group interview with hiring manager and a group member. Most of the interview time was on answering their questions. Hiring manager saved last few minutes to give a brief background on himself. There was little time left to ask the manager questions to learn more about the role, the team, the culture. Took HR a couple of days before got feedback that they want to proceed with an on-campus interview. On-campus interview was scheduled for over 4 hours, with caveat it may be cut short if information gathered throughout process was deemed adequate. Decided not to pursue opportunity further since so much time investment was involved and not enough information was provided about the role prior to the on-site.
