Pretty much your standard process: - 1 Phone screen - 6 onsites (3 technical, 1 bar raiser (technical), 1 lunch, 1 behavioural) Overall I would the interview questions were your typical leetcode questions with possibly some variants. Got a callback the next day saying they wanted to give an offer. Ended up declining mainly due to compensation and culture fit. Don't expect them to match big N or even come close (though maybe my interview results were not as good with them?). The culture fit also really stood out to me during the interview. It felt very cult-like and very much drinking the kool-aid. A fair bit of questions over the "leadership" sheets they sent you which don't really seem to have much relevance. Also suggested there would be lots of on-call and work life balance can be an issue but because they're passionate about the products they're okay with it. Hiring manager seemed to good about work life balance but the employees not so much. Also a common theme that was continously told to me in every interview was that you can always switch teams at Amazon and its encouraged but when I asked more details about the team switch process they said you still need to interview and it depends on that teams hiring manager. In summary thourgh, if you're really passionate about amazon products I think they're working on interesting things.
