Initial scheduling emails with HR for two technical interviews. one technical interview had coding the other was mainly brainstorming. The coding question was in any ML library of your choice and hands on ML problem.

How would you go about building a ML model for a given setting
Applied at school career fair and was scheduled an on campus interview later. Two 45min interviews with two senior engineers. Went over my resume and asked project-related questions. Then asked some behavioral questions but mostly technical ones. EE questions including Op-amp, digital circuit speed, analog circuit, CMOS inverter, Embedded system. Some questions were very practical in hands-on hardware design.
