Poor interview process. They don't go through industry experiences in CV/linkedin and start interview process on data & algorithms. Shocked to understand that the hiring manager didn't have and go through my cv before the interview. After 4 rounds, HR informed that rounds went well but profile is not matching and asked if I want to try for another team. Be frugal in using others time: Advice to HR & Hiring manager, go through candidates profile for 10mins and also understand your requirement before scheduling interview. Don't waste 4 engineers time + jobseekers time to understand profile is not matching.
