Respectful of interviewee, but very long interview. Is also focused on technical questions, the only person that pays attention to non-technical questions are the HR folks. Had to interview with approximately six people, each one focused on a different area. Made me interview while eating lunch, which can be a bit awkward.

Hiring process is very dubious. The HR says something during the interview or on phone but you can really not trust them. It was claimed during the interview (1:1) that we are unlike any other company and will provide the decision either yes or no within a week. Also, never gave enough time to me to ask question as he/she was more interested in heading to another appointment. But its been more than a week and not a word from them. Upon follow-up it was stated that meeting the hiring team and should be able to communicate the decision. Its very disheartening to see that the HR ethics are not very good. If the interviewee has put in the effort and taken out time to go out and interview ...i feel the HR should be prompt enough to communicate the status. Overall the tercnical interview was good and interesting questions were asked.
