Typical initial phone screen with internal recruiter, then the hiring manager. The entire recruiting process seems disoriented and confusing for new candidates. Waiting on responses was somewhat painful, as you wait for days to hear a simple yes or no answer.
Phone screen, the recruiter will try to match your background and skills to the job as typical.
Then the phone screen by the hiring manager with a few technical questions thrown in.
The onsite was one of the worse on-site experiences i ever had. You get the feeling that they are not going to hire you just from the questions they ask, seems most of the questions are not true work related but more of to disqualify you. In the end, i thought i did well, finally, came in this one guy, from the questions he asked, you know he was the key deal maker. This is very bad, because if you did very well on first or second questions, he'll pull out something that he's been dreaming up for years just to disqualify you. In some way, I am not too surprised if this place ever get sued for their interviewing process, seems somewhat illegal as they can monopolize the job market and disqualify otherwise top of the line candidates who are top graduates in their field.
