Interview
Met team in Cupertino and then scheduled interview in Seattle. Very interesting process that included written work product before round of interviews in Seattle. One question asked to respond in writing to an email from an executive and the other asked for a redline of a contract.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon Lab126 (Los Gatos, CA) in Jun 2018
Interview
I had a phone interview set up through a headhunter. It was a 30 minute call with an internal Amazon HR rep. She was pleasant, but clearly the hiring manager already had others in mind. It was frankly a waste of time.
