I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon Lab126 in Dec 2012
Interview
Interview process is very cool compared to other companies. There will be 2 phone screens and one in-person interview. Unlike other companies, where you get grilled for 10hrs straight by various teammember, Lab126 has the culture of having only selected key technical + one bar raiser for interview process. As long as you satisfy the requirements and meet the expectation of this 5 member team (45mins to 1hr) each, you will get hired

Onsite Interviewed 6 people from engineer, manager, and director. Lunch at cafeteria (food was so-so).
No bonus, but has new hire RSUs. Then you get yearly RSU if they want to keep you. No more RSUs means time to look for new job.
HR didn't informed about hire or no-hire. That means no, I guess.
