I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon Lab126 (Sunnyvale, CA) in Sep 2020
Interview
Applied online, received the email from recuiter the second day. 6 rounds in total, first round phone screen with recruiter, 1 week after had the phone screen with TPM for 1 hour, 2 days later received the confirmation to move to the onsite interview. There were 4 rounds in one day, 3 TPMs and 1 bar raiser. For the last one, the signal has been lost several times, as the TPM was in the lab.
Overall experience was good, recruiter was very helpful and responsive. But although this is an non-tech role, i was still asked if i can do the scripting. And the Job Description is very vague, they didn't specify the skill sets they want.
