Its all about aptitude & reasoning. With a good knowledge in aptitude & reasoning, one can easily crack the written test. Good communication skills would see you pass the interview.

Applied through employee referral, I was interviewed at Chennai. They had 3 rounds and was a tiring 1 day process from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. 1st round- To speak for 1 min on any topic. 2nd round- Aptitude + Verbal (duration: 1 hr) 3rd round- Interview with HR. (Unfortunately there were 2 members and I was interviewd for more than 30 mins )
