HR reached out and explained the position. I had a take home assessment about networking , compute , storage and few other scenarios. Then had a technical Interview with another TAM, he covered 4 areas of expertise. On site interview was with 6-8 people on compute, storage, database and app development. Received offer with a few days

I was ghosted by AWS. I applied for a Senior TAM position and was contacted by a recruiter. I took an initial assessment and then asked to send a few interview dates. I was scheduled on the last option I sent which was 2 weeks from the assessment. I attended the interview call but no one showed up. I sent a mail to the recruiter and interview scheduler but didn’t get any response. In the meantime I saw the role I applied for is no longer available. Very disappointing and unprofessional from AWS. I thought I was a good fit for the role.
