I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon Web Services (Singapore) in Apr 2025
Interview
Had an email for initial screening. Asked me some basic questions of able to work in data center environment and able to carry heavy weights. After that was selected to go to the next round which was an hour phone screening with someone in the same position. After 5 days later was invited into the loop interview. Was done with 3 people who were the hiring manager, bar raiser and someone in the same position. Next day itself was told i was not selected. Found that the loop interview is too draggy and unnecessary for an entry level role. All the interviewers emphasised on the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) and must provide data in % (improvements done) in all the examples provided.
