It's one of the most stressful selections I've ever attended. A full day of interviews with different people. they expect scenario-based answers to their questions. It was difficult for me to answer as some scenarios were not relevant or I didn't have that kind of experience. Some people put me at ease and allowed me to respond while others interfered with an already complex scenario.
