Well structured as you would expect. Nothing to different or unique with regard to the process. You need to be switched on. Questions were standard at the beginning, didn’t make it far enough to discover the later stages structure.

Didn't get asked anything i was told to prepare for - prepared examples of leadership principles and i was asked general 'what would i do with critical information' - not really related to any particular leadership principle
