1. Recruiter phone screen — 30 min, basic fit check 2. Hiring manager interview — 60 min, half behavioral / half functional PMM questions 3. Writing assessment — given ~48 hours before the loop. Chose from two prompts, write a 1-2 page doc on a business problem 4. Interview loop — 4-5 back-to-back 55-min interviews with cross-functional people (PMs, engineers, marketing leads, a senior exec). 5. Bar Raiser -- I did not move to this stage as I withdrew from the process.

Interview process was easy and the HM was very friendly. She made sure I'm comfortable and set the ground before asking questions. Questions were pretty straight forward but there were a lot of followups after every answer.

Typical PMM interview for this kind of role, through Chime. Not exceptionally difficult but some specific questions around campaigns, explaining resume and work contributions, etc. What you’d expect from a company of this size and the kinds of roles they’re hiring for. However, scheduling this interview was awful, having to provide multiple times available over email via text rather than a form or Calendly, etc. that had to go through a recruiter in India, and then they’d get back to you in 24-48hrs.
