The interview process is long and rigorous, minimum interview stages is 6 and its starts off with an introductory/discovery call, then the other stages consists of you meeting various stakeholders that have a set of leadership principles they are testing you on. You must answer the interview questions using the STAR method. You must provide data points to the use case you're providing.
