Good but very lengthy based on old principles ..The company asks the prospective employee to align himself on english in support of their leadership ideology so one needs to lie confidently. To be frank honesty would not work as actually the interview is based not on practicality they want to hear yes you showed /have backbone and opposed your senior unnecessarily when you both could talk it out to reach to common consensus , they want to hear I will do my idea implementation without bothering about the stakeholders buyin so the base of interview is weird not on work , accomplishments , references and exposure but only on how english aligns to what they want to hear .Lie blandly and do not bother about logic to clear the principles round. Do note They do lay off 10-15% yearly through PIPs hence better go thrpugh reference of boss as staying in company for long like salesforce , google , MSFT etc is not easy per my knowledge so internal politics might for sometime initially be a challenge to survive. Apart from massive layoffs announced recently.
