Lengthy prescreening process that relies solely on AI. Completely impersonal. I applied for 2 positions that I'm well-qualified for, and those positions have been open for months. Interview questions were not relevant to my position. Poorly run company. No talent leadership.
Extremely pleasant process. Management staff were sincere and excited about the company and the quality of services provided.
