I applied online. I interviewed at Amedisys in Jul 2020
Interview
Confusing and unorganized. Recruiter #1 (very nice) got back to me right away to say the hiring manager prefers someone with and established book of business. (Ok, no problem, I understand!). The next day recruiter #2, T called me to discuss the same position. I explained the situation to recruiter #2 and he said, he would check with the manager. He got the ok, wanted to have a phone screen and asked me to take a behavioral assessment. I debated to continue the discussion given 2 different messages, but I continued on. Salary expectations were in two different ball parks, but I mentioned I have to look at the entire package. It happens...Recruiter#2 said he would speak with the manager
and get back; never did. I followed-up right after my phone screen. UNPROFESSIONAL - WASTE of TIME. Was this some check the box quota interview? Typically, I would not say a word, but I had to call this out. I am sure you can treat potential candidates better. I had the wrong impression. It was my mistake to open the conversation back up . Continued success!
