Day 1
Written round, Group discussion, personal interview with 4 members in an interview pannel.
Day 2
personal one on one with HR Manager, personal one on one with CEO
makind candidates to wait for 3 to 4 hours for each round. day 1 spent 12hour and day 2 spent 7 hours.
and for job profile expecting for 10 hours working per day, no saturday off.
