Asked scenario based questions about how you would handle the work environment. Allowed for time for you to ask questions. Asked why you wanted to join. I lived in Florida at the time so they allowed me to interview over Skype. They told me more about what I would be doing and the program expectations. They were very thorough and pleasant.
