Interviewed once with the program director and once with my site supervisor. I only applied to one site, but many other members interviewed with several sites. Interview with program director was very general and some service-related questions, interview with site supervisor was more specific to role at site.

The interview was pretty chill. Asked typical interview questions (strengths, weaknesses, why I am interested in Americorps). there are 3 rounds to the interviewing process. The first is written, then you have an in-person interview, if you make it past that round there is a third interview with the host site of choice.
