Process was very smooth and easy. Professional, yet done in a casual sense. The person who had interviewed me made the interview simple, nothing complex. Very straight to the the point.

It is first a screening done by the organization then they will send you to the direct school for an interview they feel is the best fit. Then you interview with the manager from Americorps at the school.

Very simple. They take the individuals resume and if he/she qualifies they're invited to an interview. They ask questions about the resume. It's about 10 minutes long. A week later they'll notify whether or not that individual gets the job
